What are the system requirements?
Zoho Invoice is software given as service through the internet (SAAS - Software As A Service).  All you need to use this service is a personal computer with internet connection.  Of-course you will need a browser, for which we recommend Internet Explorer or Firefox.
What are the options to pay for the service?
We accept online payments.  You can use your Visa or MasterCard.
Do you store my credit card information?
We do not store your credit card details see our privacy policy.
How do I update my credit card information?
As a policy we don't store your credit card details, see our privacy policy.
How do I view my account information?
  • Login to our service.
  • In the "Home" tab that comes up, click on the "Your Subscription Details" link on the left to view your account details.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
  • Login to our service.
  • In the "Home" tab that comes up, click on the "Upgrade Plan" link on the left to see the available plans.
  • Click on the "Upgrade" link of the plan to which you want to upgrade.
What does 30 days cash back means?
After upgrading from FREE to one of our paid plan, if you don't like it just e-mail us within 30 days from the date of upgrade, we will refund your full amount.
How do I cancel my subscription?
  • Login to our service.
  • Click on the "Settings" link at the top to go to the "Settings" page.
  • Click on the "Subscription Details" link on the left to view your account details.
  • Click on the "Cancel my subscription" link to cancel your subscription.
I already have a "Zoho Account" can I use the same credentials to sign up for this service?
Yes, you can use the same.
When will you charge my credit card?
The card is charged during the sign up and subsequently on the same date every month.  We follow a monthly billing cycle.
I can't find a package that is right for me?
